Things have changed enough that I think this deserves its own page–and it’s own GitRepo
AI is now embedded in how teams build software.
It accelerates experimentation. It expands capability. It shortens feedback loops.
It also magnifies whatever foundations already exist beneath delivery.
The idea of “Foundations Coaching for AI Delivery” emerged from observing that acceleration without shared structure can create fragmentation just as easily as it creates progress.
This isn’t a new framework.
It’s not a certification model.
It’s an evolution of stewardship — an expansion of the responsibilities many Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Engineering Managers, and delivery leaders already carry.
The focus is simple:
-
Strengthen shared guardrails before shared speed.
-
Preserve collaborative cohesion under acceleration.
-
Reinforce product clarity before scaling output.
-
Encourage experimentation with measurable thresholds.
-
Translate system signals before they become systemic risks.
As alluded to in the opening sentence, I’ve outlined a minimal, principle-driven version of this idea as an open repository:

If you’re curious, explore it.
Fork it.
Adapt it.
Improve it.
AI magnifies what’s beneath it.
The goal is to make sure what lies beneath delivery is intentional.
